Refunds and cancellation

The Squad subscriptions

Review the price, currency, billing period, and any trial terms in checkout before paying. Subscription payments are not refundable for partial billing periods except where required by law, as stated in our Terms of Service. Manage cancellation through your account's billing controls. Cancellation and an account deletion request are separate actions.

Tournament and league registration

Registration payments are collected for the event organizer. Check that organizer's cancellation and refund terms before registering and contact them about event refunds. The Squad subscription policy does not replace the organizer's registration terms.

Payment problems

For a duplicate charge or billing problem, contact team@thesquad.pro with the account email, payment date, and receipt reference. Do not send card numbers. Refund eligibility depends on the applicable terms and your legal rights; this page does not limit mandatory consumer protections.
