1. Season Goals (20 min)

• Review previous season outcomes
• Set measurable team goals for this season (wins, development markers, culture)
• Set individual development goals for 3–5 key players
• Align on what “success” looks like at the end of the season

2. Roles and Responsibilities (15 min)

Define clearly who owns what:

• What is our identity as a coaching staff?
• How do we handle player conflict or discipline?
• What is our playing time philosophy?
• How do we communicate with each other during games?

4. Practice Structure Agreement (15 min)

• Standard practice format (warm-up, skill, tactical, scrimmage, debrief)
• Who runs each section?
• How do we handle player who misses practice without notice?

5. Parent Communication Protocol (10 min)

• One voice policy: parents contact head coach first
• Staff do not discuss playing time with parents
• Agreed response time for messages

6. Open Issues and Planning (15 min)

• Equipment needs
• Scheduling conflicts
• Budget items

• Set next staff meeting date
• Confirm communication channel for staff (group chat, email, etc.)
